Carlos Cisneros and Juan Seguí have established themselves as a visionary artistic duo redefining the boundaries of contemporary tango. With an international career connecting Argentina and Europe, their work fuses the technical excellence of Tango Escenario with the aesthetics of Burlesque.

Juan Seguí is runner-up of the 2021 Tango World Championship in Buenos Aires. His elegance and fluidity in both dance roles have established him on the world's most competitive stages. Through Akira, his alter ego, he explores boylesque, using the body as a canvas to question gender roles.

Carlos Cisneros is a professional tango dancer currently performing in the opera "María de Buenos Aires" at the Theater Erfurt, Germany. He is co-director of the documentary "A Different Tango to Live," and following the resounding success of his 2025 tour alongside Juan Seguí, Carlos continues to push the boundaries of tango, establishing himself as a leading international figure in queer activism and stage tango.
