Indira Hiayes did her first steps in Tango at the age of 9, in one of the most renowned dance schools of the Argentinean south. Thanks to her quick learning and her talent for Tango, she was part of numerous shows throughout Argentina and South America, winning many contests. Thanks to these awards she had the privilege of being part of Argentina’s most important festivals, “Cosquín” in two occasions and “Jesús María”.

At the age of 18 she decided to move to Buenos Aires to keep learning Tango. At that moment she became Dante Sánchez’ partner. They began doing shows in Buenos Aires’ most renowned Milongas, such as Canning, Gricel, El Beso and La Viruta among others. Her captivating legs, her energy and sensuality amazed the crowd of the city and that is how this young promise began earning her place among the new generations of Tango.
Starting on January 2018, Indira, alongside Dante, were called upon to be part of the renowned dinner show “Señor Tango”. Each night the lights of the neighborhood of Barracas glow, and Indira’s virtuosism and passion astonish the local and foreign crowd.
